Right of Withdrawal

Our customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period starts from the day the customer receives the order or the last part of it.

Cancellation Conditions

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

The customer must notify us in writing before the cancellation period ends.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

• Customized or perishable products (e.g., fresh mushrooms).
• Sealed products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons.
