By placing an order on this website, you confirm that:

Order Cancellation

Delivery
As a buyer, you have the right to choose your preferred delivery method from the available options. Oulu Fungi Oy is not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors beyond the seller’s control. If the product is damaged or lost during transport, the customer must immediately contact our customer service.
Return Policy
Food products sold by Oulu Fungi Oy are non-returnable.
Unopened mushroom cultivation supplies containing living fungal organisms and opened cultivation supplies that are in the same condition as when received may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
