Delivery Methods and Service Providers

We offer deliveries through the following methods:

• Posti: Standard delivery and parcel locker
• Pickup: You can pick up your order from an agreed location free of charge
• Our own delivery service

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and is usually 1–7 business days.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method and the size of the order. The final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Finland. If you wish to place an order for international delivery, please contact our customer service.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service at info@oulufungi.fi.

If your package arrives damaged, report it to the delivery service provider and notify us as soon as possible.
