  • Freshness – We only sell our freshest mushrooms as fresh produce. If they don’t sell within a few days of harvesting, we dry them to ensure all our customers receive only top-quality products, minimizing waste.

  • Sustainability – Sustainable business practices are important to us. That’s why we handle deliveries by electric bike or scooter whenever possible, strive to reuse waste materials through circular economy practices, and source raw materials that would otherwise go to waste—such as using underripe oats for mycelium cultivation.

Our mission

Our mission is to make high-quality, fresh gourmet mushrooms accessible to everyone—starting in Oulu and expanding across Northern Ostrobothnia and nearby regions.

We also strive to educate people about mushrooms, their uses and health benefits, and to build a community that shares the joy of fungi!
